A typical session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours and follows these steps:
Discovery: We’ll discuss your desired outcome and review the history of the issue you want to resolve.
Relaxation and Exploration: In a deeply relaxed state, you’ll recall past scenes and uncover the root cause of your issue. We’ll identify and release false beliefs that have held you back.
Personalized Transformation: You’ll listen to a personalized 15-20 minute recording that I create just for you. This
recording is designed to rewire your mind and help you achieve your desired results.
Follow-Up Support: Over the next 21 days, you’ll listen to your recording daily. We’ll also have check-ins and a
follow-up session to solidify your transformation.
Many clients see powerful breakthroughs in just one session, but depending on the complexity of the issue, up to three sessions may be needed.
